  • The females lay up to 400 eggs on a stalk near the pests hot spots
  • The larvae are biological control agents as the adults feed on nectar, honeydew and pollen
  • They randomly search for prey and then suck them
  • The larvae consume up to 50 aphids a day
  • The last stage of the larvae is the most voracious one, responsible for 75% of total consumption
